exp lock is a great idea 99 hp isn't and dragon claws if a monster drops them then the server economy is just going to stupid is the word I would use because everyone will have claws and they will own... so that is a pointless idea you will get idiots who just basically 3 hit you...
I think dragon claws should be a donate item.
